From your porch to ours, and back again
What happens between the form you fill in and the porch you come home to, in five steps, with nothing about the money left until later.

Choose your display and your install week
Pick one of the four displays, choose the week you want it up, and tell us about your entry. Steps, rails, covered or open, the color of the house, and anything you love or would rather avoid. Photographs help. It takes a couple of minutes, and the price is on screen the whole way: all-inclusive, with nothing waiting at the end.

Pay the deposit and the week is yours
Half the total, at the checkout, and your week is held. There is no quote to wait for, because the price was settled before you filled anything in. The other half is due before your install day rather than after it, and we send it once your day is confirmed.

We confirm your day
You choose the week; we confirm which day of it we are coming, by email, once the deposit is in. We only take a handful of porches a week, so a week closes when it is full. If weather or your own plans move things, we agree a new day with you rather than simply not arriving. The season is short: 6 September to 23 October.

We select your pumpkins and bring them over
Your pumpkins are chosen one at a time the week of your install. Stems, skins, bases and color, all judged against your house, and then set at your entry. It takes about an hour and you don’t need to be home. If you added design, this is where it earns its keep: the display is composed on site rather than set out plainly. Curious what we choose from? You settle the balance, and we look after it
The balance is settled before we arrive, so the day itself is just the porch getting done. After that we are never far away: everything we serve is minutes from home, so if something needs a look during the season, tell us and we will come and see it.
The arrangement
One total, and when each half is due
The whole commercial arrangement fits in five lines. You see every one of them before you agree to anything.

No hourly rates, no per-pumpkin charges, nothing added after the fact. End-of-season removal is the one separate service, and only if you choose it. It shows on your total before you agree to anything.
