Manahawkin is our main market, we live here, and most of our porches are here. Around it we serve the neighboring towns: Cedar Run, Beach Haven West, West Creek, Barnegat, Waretown, Tuckerton and Long Beach Island. Close enough to hand-pick your pumpkins in the morning and have them arranged by lunch, and close enough to swing by if a display ever needs attention mid-season.

This is where the van sleeps, where our own porch gets the first display of the season, and where same-week installs and mid-season refreshes are easiest to fit in.
Manahawkin porches run the full range, from wide colonial front porches off Beach Avenue to compact stoops in the newer developments. We design to the porch you have: a deep porch takes a layered run along the rail, a stoop takes one dense, tall cluster that reads from the street.
